Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Houston, TX, PointEast Pharmaceutical Consulting Inc (PEPC) specializes in bridging regulatory and cultural gaps between the European Union and the United States. We offer comprehensive market access strategies, regulatory support, international business litigation services, distribution network development, and Medical Science Liaison (MSL) services to help clients establish and expand in both markets.

Leo Fischer

CEO

Leo Fischer is an entrepreneur with expertise in analytical finance, business strategy, and economics. He currently also serves as the CEO for American Primus Inc., an import - export venture. Previously, Leo served 11 years as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army. After completing his Company Command he separated honorably from the service as a Major.

Leo is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He also holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Georg Fischer

Senior Consultant and Director

Georg Fischer is a medical doctor with qualifications in pharmacology from the Austrian Medical Association and nearly 32 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He is the former CEO of AOP Health and currently serves as CEO of OrphaCare GmbH.

Prior to his pharmaceutical career, Georg worked in basic research and as a hospital physician. His industry experience spans clinical research, medical affairs, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and business development. He earned his medical degree from the University of Vienna Medical School.
